Dear Colleagues,

The IWN2018 will be held at the Ishikawa Ongakudo & ANA Crown Plaza Kanagawa Hotel, Kanazawa, Japan, from Nov. 11 to 16, 2018. The IWN is a premier biennial-held workshop covering all of III-Nitride Semiconductor science, engineering and industry. Historically populated by more than 1,000 international participants, the workshop accommodates joint and multiple parallel sessions spanning materials, optoelectronic devices, electronic devices, new advances and theory.

The abstract submission system is now open through the workshop website (http://www.iwn2018.jp/program.html#4).
Please submit an abstract on your latest scientific research achievements and your work results.

The abstract submission deadline is June 29, 2018.

Abstract format:
The authors are encouraged to submit a camera-ready abstract (A4-size with 25 mm margins on all sides) and a short summary (150 words) of the abstract. The abstract must be completed within 1 page without any figures and tables. The authors are recommended to add one page for supplementary information, in which figures and tables can be included. Note that only the first page of the abstract will be published in the electronic version of an abstract book (stored in a USB flash drive), whereas the entire two pages are used for a refereeing purpose. The 150-word short summary will be published in a paper-based abstract book.
Because the program committee has prepared the abstract template (http://www.iwn2018.jp/IWN2018template.doc), please use it.

Please visit the IWN website for more details: http://www.iwn2018.jp/

Student Award:
Graduate students can apply “Student Award” of IWN2018. Program committee will announce several excellent papers during workshop. Please apply at the time of abstract submission.
